A vulnerability assessment is the process of identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing (or ranking) the vulnerabilities in a system. In this test the systems are tested against the latest security vulnerabilities prevalent and it also includes manual false positive verification, network weakness identification, and customized, professional analysis done in details by our team. We use custom as well as some commercial and open source tools to perform VA. A VA may be performed separately, but it is generally performed as a part of Penetration Test. Our Xi-AAAG (Attack Audit and Analysis Group ) follows the OSSTMM methodology for conducting a VA, OSSTMM is one of the most comprehensive and trusted security testing methodology available, it is developed by ISECOM. |
